NOSEWORTHY LAW
About John
I graduated with a law degree from Dalhousie Law School, known for its Weldon Tradition of public service. While in law school, I was involved in several service-based university programs including Dal Pro Bono and the Dalhousie Legal Aid Service. Upon graduation from law school and after articling in private practice, I embarked on a public service legal career as a provincial Crown Attorney and Senior Crown Attorney, and as a Federal Prosecutor with the federal Department of Justice. During this time, I was involved in various volunteer and community-based activities while completing a Master's Degree in Law from Osgoode Hall Law School.
Today, I have taken this public-service-oriented approach and have developed a private legal practice that embodies these principles. My practice has a particular focus on court-related matters such as Civil Litigation, Criminal Law, and Family Law. I also have a significant practice in Wills & Estates.
In my spare time, I enjoy the outdoors, spending time with family, and volunteering in the community.
