As lawyer and founder of Noseworthy Law, I am dedicated to advocating for and vigorously defending my clients. I have extensive experience in defending Criminal Code and regulatory offences. With more than two decades of practice in this area, I have successfully argued cases in all levels of court in Newfoundland and Labrador. As a former provincial and federal prosecutor, I bring a unique perspective to cases that I defend.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from Dalhousie Law School, known for its Weldon tradition of public service. I also have a Master of Laws degree specializing in Criminal Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, which is known for its commitment to social justice and academic research.
